Tales of Vesperia PS3 Menu Translation

It's quite easy, actually:

• Insert the Vesperia disc into your PS3
• Backup the disc to the HDD with your favorite Backup Manager (I used Gaia)
• Navigate to the folder you backed up the game to with your FTP program (I used BlackboxFTP)
• Replace the string.svo in the USRDIR folder with the modified string.svo.
• Start the game backup
• Enjoy mostly English menus

1. Download a pkg for BlackBox FTP server for your ps3 and install it google is your friend dont ask me for a link and you should have general knowledge of installing pkg files if your on this website.

2. download filezilla or flashfxp on your pc and install it, again google is your friend.

3. start up black box on your ps3 (make sure your ps3 and pc are on the same network, like both hooked up to a router or just stick the ethernet cord to the back of your pc and ps3)

4. start up either flashfxp on your pc or filezilla and look for where you can put the ip address thats in GIANT RED LETTERS on your tv now, if a password is required then its either root or admin idk i use flashfxp it doesnt need one. and if it asks for a port its port 21.

5. navigate to where your back up is which should be Dev_hdd0/GAMES/GAMEIDHERE

6. im sure your smart enough to handle the rest.
