Sharing a MM save in FIFA 10

Is there a way for me to share my Manager Mode file with a friend of mine? We've tried just copying it over to his ps3 from mine, but when we try to load it inside FIFA 10 it just says it's for a different user. Is there a way to bypass this?

I've seen that it's possible to trade Virtual Pro's but i've not found any way to share manager saves..
