Is it possible to add the dlc for Saint's Row 2 to the game without access to the PSN?

I know how sucky it is being kept offline, not being able to stock up on all our DLC and PSN titles

I spent the "proxy" week, between 3.55 and 3.56, grabbing as much as I could possibly afford

The ps3 I had the dlc on died after psn access was cut so now there seems no way to get the dlc or psn games back now.

i thought you could, just download realpsn and the dlc off a website

Got some bad info here. Not gonna give you links but all the Saints Row 2 DLC is available for 3.55 CFW without logging into PSN. You need ReActPSN.
