resigning eboots?

just wondering how, plus i got a new computer(thermo meltdown) forgot what i had .
i think i was using true ancestor? to decrypt them. and had to use another program to resign them( mainly for cheats)cause there was a size issue when repacking them, cut eboot in half

Can you not just download eboots? there everywhere!
and off topic, i cant send pm's or visitor messages so...

I was editing the eboots via hex editor to add cheats. True they are everywhere but not for blus regions. And alot of them use usercheat format.
