Request for skyrim mod

Hello, I was curious if anyone would be able to edit my gamesave for skyrim. I would like 10,000 magicka/stamina, 3,000 health, all perks, (and if you have to cause of all the perks thing, all skills at 100), level 300 (again if all skills have to be 100), and like 100,000 carry weight. I've been trying to do this myself via Game genie yet no luck since I can't figure out the starting addresses for any of this in hex edit. I have no access to a jailbroken PS3 or this would be much easier. I would very much appreciate it and if it can't be done, then thanks anyways.

Don't know about save game mods, but There was a bug that allows you to get enchant potions that give a bonus in the millions. With that you can make gear that will pretty much do most of the things you're asking for. It may have been patched already though.
