Ok ppl, since some days the xbox 360 jtag users can play with many characters that aren't playable in the normal game, there is many proof of shao kahn move list + bio, and 2 fatalities, the same as kintaro and goro, and yes you can play with goro in the tower,
so mine request is the same thing but for ps3, maybe somemone can reverse engineer the 360 xex file and recompile it for the ps3 as a pkg file, now we can make cheat pkg, so some great skilled ppl or ppl's can make a hack/pkg for mk9 just the same as the xbox360 jtag users are playing with,

nice idea... very interested to see if anything comes of this. am not up to date in the 360 modding scene. (my 5V fan header blew up on my 360!)

UPDATE: FOund the xbox 360 newest version of trainer. THIS IS NOT FOR PS3.

i don't think anyone can help us with this one, the xbox has won this game, i think they where just pissed of by the extra character kratos for the ps3 that they never are going to help the ps3 users with this, so close thread, this isn't going to happen,And it makes many user's PS3 even more angry or jealous @ xobix 360 jtag users, or the users are getting so desperate that they are going to buy a second hand xbox 360, period

Wow, who cares about which system "wins?" What are we, 12? If you understood the difference between making trainers for JTAG'd 360s and tinkering with .ini and .txt files on a PS3, you wouldn't have made this thread to begin with. And now you're "jealous" of 360 owners, so you want the thread closed? Silly...

I don't know if it can be usefull, but I had made a list of information about the xbox trainer using the XexTool.

OBS: I think will be necessary a firmware that will allow users for use trainers when they are playing. Why someone doesn't suggest it for them (Devs)?

Dude get off your high horse. If someone has the will to do it, and the knowledge required, they can do it on the PS3. It has nothing to do with kratos, or the 360. We can do the same thing on the PS3, we just need people who know how to do it. I guarantee if it's possible someone on this forum will get it working. Also are you 12 years old? PS3 players being angry that 360 players can do something is just ignorant, and childish. Plus you automatically assume you can't even do it at all. So now you know how to code, hack, and mod everything from the PS3 to it's games? Hmm....

Also you don't have any authority on why or why not a thread should be closed, leave that to the mods and quit mini modding. Thank you.

Thanks buddy. In all honesty we might not even need a firmware to do it. There might be a way to do it through peek and poke, modifying the game files, or something else. People have modded other games for the PS3 so I don't see why we can't do it for this game. Also people have created "trainers" for PS3 games as well. So I believe it's possible to do the same things.
