Well instead of waiting I made my own ftp icon. I tried to reproduce fraser's design as well as I could to keep uniformity, the only real noticible difference is the font as I couldn't find the one he used.

Can you please make a new Game Manager icon to replace that ? :

Also your Open Manager icon:

is not working for me with any situation.
Is not working if i transfer it with FTP.
Is not working if i make a compile of Open Manager with that icon.
Can you check whats going on ?
