Official PSX Custom sound and icon
Do you have photoshop skills? Don't like the look of that default icon of yours? What about the sound of that default music? *gag* But what can we do about it?? ..... Change it!
Welcome to the Official PSX Custom sound and icon thread.
A place where people can swap custom sounds and icons for all your favorite PS3 homebrew apps. Anyone is welcome to contribute. The best ones will be featured on the first post for easy access to all our members. Have fun and remember this is not a competition. Just a friendly collaboration of homebrew enthusiasts. Enjoy!
Custom sound and icon requirements:

1. Icons must be 320x176 in size.
2. Images must be your own original work. No copyright infringement allowed.
3. Sounds/music must be converted to .AT3 first before they can be featured on the first post. Please include the original MP3 file as well.
4. Please let us know, in your post, if the converted .AT3 is either music or sound. Please include the name of author/song title/ etc.
How to change icon:
Icons need to be named in capital letters. For example "ICON0.PNG", not "icono.png". Then simply replace the old one with the new one and your good to go.
How to change background:
Backgrounds need to be named in capital letters as well. For example "PIC1.PNG", not "pic1.png". Replace the old one with the new one and your good to go.
How to convert MP3's to at3: (Thanks to iloveme888 for the info.)

GoldWave.rar (Located below). Install it.
2'nd: Download
AT3_codec.rar (Located below). Extract it.
3'rd: Right click on the
atrac3.inf file and select Install - You may encounter a prompt saying: "
The software you are installing for this hardware has not passed Windows Logo testing" click on the "
Continue Anyway" button.
4'th: Open your mp3 with goldwave. Under
"save as type" choose WAVE. Under the attributes option choose
ATRAC3.

5'th: Once finished, save it to your desktop. Rename the file from
.wav to
SND0.AT3 and your done!
How to convert MP3's to at3 for Vista users: (Thanks to rivers for the info.)

1'st: Download Vista_atrac3.rar (Located below). Extract it.
2'nd: Place the "atrac3.acm" file in your Windows\SysWOW64 folder.
3'rd: Double click the "atrac4vista.reg" file. This will add the info to the registry and you should be all set.
