Oblivion Mods?

I was wondering if its possible to install mods in oblivion/shivering isles like the PC version, does anyone here have mods for oblivion?

wish i did, but yeah shouldnt be impossible, hope someone can jump to the task

depends... can you guys check your backed up copies and see if it has a .ini file like new vegas and fallout 3 if so then it should be easy.

There is a Oblivion.ini file inside the folder.

For the record, I have several mods successfully installed for Fallout New Vegas. I tried the same technique with Oblivion and it does not work. (For me, anyways)

This is probably because between Oblivion and Fallout 3 they changed the tool kit people used to make mods. If we could find someone who knows exactly what the key differences are, and how they are implemented then we should have some knowledge on how to import them to Oblivion.
