3.55 CFW internal
bump anyone ever try this
i guess only 3.41 with dongle will load mods and kmeaw 3.55 wont
Good Info there Tim3888
I bought this ages ago and only started it late last year, I finished the shivering isles after 30hrs and then got the Vampire Glitch. My 30hr's of completed quests vanished as did my items. Nastiest bug ever, seems modding might be the answer.
It does work with 3.55, try it out. One thing to note though is that mods that add in textures and meshes aren't exactly working properly. Personally I've only gotten meshes working but not textures. Only 1 person has claimed textures to work but I haven't seen anything to prove it and am waiting for a answer as to why I can't get them to work.
Just wish more capable people were interested in Oblivion mods since there's so much material for it (PC MODS). If we can get meshes and textures working properly then any mod minus OBSE mods would be possible making the console version 100x better.
it doesn't seem to work with Kmeaw 3.55 but Waninkoko seems to work somewhat but i cant get anything to work i tried simple .esp mod
Haros Portal Room at The Elder Scrolls Nexus - Oblivion mods and community
But it doesn't work any help ?
just tried Waninkoko V2 with midas spells pre-complied internal/external not working
Well I'm on Kmeaw so I know it works for it. I will say I'm using the direct boot method to run Oblivion rather than using a backup manager. Reason why is I get a disk cannot be read error otherwise (even with no mods) no matter how many times I rip it.
Anyway make sure you put the installeddlc folder in both your backup directory as well as the gamedata folder which should be BLUS30007. At least this is how I do it and everything works fine.
A quick mod you can use to test it out is Alternate Start (Alternative Start Arrive by Ship at The Elder Scrolls Nexus - Oblivion mods and community)
This is the first mod I got working. Just start up a new game and if you get put in the jail cell instead of a boat then you know it didn't work.
odd oblivion starts fine for me no disc error and i put them in both game and savedata
