I wanted to share this Oblivion modded save I made.

Im pretty sure that oblivion saves are not console or account locked, please let me know if I am mistaken. You should be able to extract this folder, put it on a flash drive, copy it to your save directory and play. Im not sure if you need to have GOTY or not. This is for the US version Blus-30007.

The starting level is 66, ALL STATS ARE 100 OR HIGHER, starting gold is 700,031. All map markers are present, and the game still distinguishes whether or not you've visited them. I.E, you can only fast travel to locations you have visited already. You can fast travel to all cities though. The Starting location is at the exit of the Imperial sewers. Starting character is a male imperial named Paladine. Unfortunately you cannot change the character information. Most importantly, however - NO QUESTS ARE DONE, NO PLACES HAVE BEEN VISITED OR FOUND(although all map markers are there for you to explore), this is basically starting the game with an extremly overpowerd character. You will not need to concern yourself with leveling.

Do be careful until you find a good weapon though, as any bandidts or creatures you come across will be leveled as high as the game will allow.(Although not as high as you). Once you find some good equipment(the first bandit I killed after starting with this save had a daedric battle axe lol) and upgrade your healing spell, you should be unstoppable. Tumindil at skingrad Chapel sells the best healing spells like heal legendary wounds.(You can make much stronger ones when you can make your own)

    Please give me your feedback.

Your welcome. Ive played it on pc, xbox360, and ps3, and I like it best on the ps3 by far. You can crank up the resoution in the pc version a bit more, but the movement and character control is not as good, and the pc version is more prone to crashing. The xbox360 version is ok, but I feel that in HD the ps3 version looks much smoother and more polished in the resolution. (IMO)

Still havn't gotten any feedback on this modded starter save. Did anyone download it? Did it work? Did you like it? I may even do requests if someone wanted a certain class of character, or maybe just some stats raised. I could do whatever you want statwise, like lets just say say you wanted a Female Nord with strength at 255 and everything else normal. I could do it, you would have level ups, but you wouldn't actually have to level up if you didnt want to.

I can't remember, but aren't you able to still save in the beginning before you exit the sewers? I'm assuming you'd have thought about that I guess. If you had those stats before you left the sewer and you left, did the stats get reset?

Unfortunately, I had to leave the sewers to go to a modded location to allow me to adjust the stats. I then returned to the sewers without going anywhere else to make the save. I havn't yet found a mod that works on the ps3 that will let me edit the stats without leaving the sewers. Furthermore the modded location wreaks havoc with the map, so I disable it after I make the save.

The item dupe trick works great on the ps3.
