I'm currently trying to get some mods for this working but not having any luck so far so thought i'd see if anyone else has tried or wants too.

The file setup looks just like Fallout NV but havent been able to get a mod to take by adding the .esp to the data folder ... I added the .esp to the STestFile1= in OBLIVION.INI and even added it into the sEssentialFileCacheListE but no go.
