I installed everything the way you said to and everything worked fine except when I try to open my parachute in the opening it freezes.

Any idea how to fix it? I'm just using the mods you gave.

What the ****? Okay I was trying again and I opened my parachute when I was about to hit the ground I pulled the chute and it worked as if I opened it but there was no parachute and then I tried again hoping it'd work and pulled the parachute when she said "Land over there outside the base" and the little box popped up saying press x to deploy but then it froze my ps3 like usual. I hope that helps diagnose the problem.

open up the dropzone folder and delete the parachuteparams.bin file, that should fix your problem

Yea,jump over to the justcause2mods website and download and convert one of the blackmarket mods....there are tons of them

can anyone tell me how to get this game working? everytime i boot it i get the black screen with the dirty disc error i have tried select+ X too but nothing works, there doesn't seem to be any info on how to get this game to work at all, i am running the game from external and have tried internal too, no difference.
