I have just successfully loaded mods on the ps3 version of Just cause 2 with this tutorial http://www.xblog-360.com/2010/04/27/...-for-xbox-360/. The only difference you need to do is make the "dropzone" folder in "USRDIR". Also you need to delete the parachuteparam.bin from the linked file or it will freeze the ps3.

Edit: Just figured how to fix the parachuteparams.bin freezing and any bin...You can follow this tutorial "http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/topic/187206-tutorial-how-to-convert-pc-mods-to-xbox-for-just-cause-2-100-noob-proof/". And the tools are at http://www.justcause2mods.com/index....eds-Tool-Pack/.
This allows you convert the bins to xbox 360(also works on ps3) then just drop them into your "dropzone' folder and everything should work.

nope i tried a few times got no where so i quit doing it the game is quality as it is .... then again a longer grapple hook would be better

1. You should have just searched for just cause 2 mods 1st instead of making a new thread copying what other people wrote on another forum.
