Issues with info migration between JB`d PS3s (After searching the internet) –

Hey all,
Im not a new user here but i usually never post.. I had many issues in the past i managed to solve using the search button
This time its different..
My problem is as follows:
I got 3.55 cfw kmeaw 60gb fat model (i think first model ever produced)
My friend has a 3.55 cfw 40gb fat model, the reason i dont write his jailbreak cfw is because i dont know, i didnt jb his, he got some weird icons "lv2 patcher", "file file perm. for luan12345" and so forth, maybe that can shade some light.
anyways, he isnt using his ps3 bla bla so he have me his because mine is ylod`d for a long time (only temp repairing it)
i want to copy my saved games from my ps to his, i dont care about trophies profile etc, i just want to start where i was when i stopped on my ps3 (if copying the whole thing over will help, ill do that!)
i dont even mine somehow "attaching" my hdd to his ps3 machine instead of mine, if thats somehow possible!
from all my saved games the one i really want is dirt 2 saved games.
i tried ps3 save unlocker
i did this:
copy saved game from my console to usb stick and then to desktop
create new autosaved game on his ps3 copy to usb stick and then to desktop
i ran that ps3 save unlocker utility.
renamed both param sfo to something else, put mine in "yours" button, put his in "other" button, and ran
took created param sfo into my saved game folder, copied to usb stick, copied to saved game folder using comgeine in red mode
this didn't work!
update: what i mean is, it doesnt say corrupted or other users data or whatever, it just doesnt load the save, and creates a new autosave
i also tried this using ftp, i copied my save game directly to the other ps3 machine
i did the param sfo thing on the desktop, then i ftped only that file to my friends ps3, no go!
it says i need to create a new saved game, everytime!
is this only dirt 2 or what? i found some thread online claiming he read dirt 2 is problematic, but i couldnt find anything about that.
Does anyone have any clue on how to make it work? or what might broke it? how can i accomplish that??

if it is at all possible to reflow ur 60gb to a working condition ( will boot to xmb ) u can use the transfer feature built into the ps3 to transfer files and folders aswell as save games etc. i think it requires a cross-over cat5e lan cable

yes there is that option, i can use the data transfer but im afraid that my yload ps3 will drop dead in the middle.. ive used the towel trick a couple of times on my machine, everytime it lasted for shorter time, dont wanna go buy a heat gun and cant find one...
data transfer also deletes everything off my ps3.. a backup will not copy saved games i think..
i also dont really want to do that, i wish to keep things on my ps3 as well, i dont know if he will take it someday out of the blue.. and i dont want to hog his machine with totally my box :P

a development in my problem..
I found out that for some reason one save game is "colin mcrae dirt 2" and the other is just "dirt2"
its odd, as my friends ps never had an update of dirt2, and even after i updated it and created a new autosave, it was the same different name.
anyways, i went into comgeinie and tried to copy the savedata and the param pdf over from my new save to the newly created, it gives me corrupted data.
coming to think of it, now the param sfo isnt correct one, i should replace it and update again..
edit: same thing but different "an error has occured (08120004)"
