GTA IV MODS(Redone Tim008VER6/InCarCam)

-Thanks to timoo8 for the original file which I have been modifying.
-All cars redone with better speed and handling.
-*Different colored explosions: Red, Blue Green, Purple, Pink and Turquoise.
*Loads of cool colors.
*Modded green head/blue tail lights.
*Bloody Footprints.
*Planes are no longer on the runway, and their flight line is LOWER and through the middle of the city.
*NO RELOADING!!!
-Cars take no damage(except from weapons ie 150 rounds or 1 rpg).
-Replace the common.rpf in the Usrdir folder of GTA 4 only.
-This mod is just like Ver5, only this mod has a camera view that places one inside the car with a dashboard view
