Fallout New Vegas modding
Update: I figured out on my own how to add the mods.
The guide 2 posts down is mostly accurate but it should be noted that you have to rename the mod using all caps ... i think this has to do with the way stuff is programed on the ps3 or something. If you ever looked you will notice all files use caps.
Also note that u can only use 9 mods because the FALLOUT.INI files has spots for 10 1 taken up by FALLOUTNV.ESM shown below.
I've tried adding lines like
but any mods added here won't load
So untill we can merge files (unless someone knows how to and would post a tutorial) we are limited to 9 mods. Better than none :)

Edit: Heya thought i'd share my mods. Ive tested/made all these myself so i know they all work.
Put this in the game USRDIR overwriting the .ini and delete the installed data in the BD Data Utility.

Ive forgotten some of what i did with all these but there is an ammo box in the docs house kitchen where you start and and a cheat terminal beside where you set your S.P.E.C.I.A.L's and a portable version of that terminal on the floor by it.
Also there are 2 versions of stealth suits in a container by the cowboy robots shack and a cabinet outside docs house with some special weapons.
I think it should just add a bullettime thing to your inv ... one thats an activator that you should add to your quickmap buttons and another to configure the bullettime.
