I've downloaded the patches for Eye of Judgment (PAL version) but I still can't use cards from Set 2 & Set 3, because I'm lacking the licences. The problem is that I'm on Kmeaw 3.55 and thus have no access to the psn store. My question is, if there is a possibility to add the licences manually (perhaps via editing some files) without having access to the psn. Thanks in advance
