again it would seem it cant be done with 1.05... the only reason it worked before is coz prior to 1.05 the saved were ment to be locked to the ps3... where as now the saves are locked differently... trying to fix my ps3 and GT5 as we speak... all this fukin about with saves killed mine and stuffed up my ps3 file permissions so had to format it.,..

in the sfo.. only 2 things are different... PARAM ID and the DETAIL ID

where all the data is stored is inside the GT5.0 file... so cant do much with that as its encrypted...

i need someone else who is on 1.05 to send me a save so i can get them to test YOUR save... and versa

copied the data from the most recent... to the older 1...

if this works... then it shud also work sending it to other people... (will tets on mine in min)

let me know if this works... BACKUP YOUR LATEST SAVE PLEASE AS THIS WILL PROB BE OLDER THAN YOUR CURRENT

i think we mostly running game version 1.02... not 1.00

yeah this is what i got when i tired to use 1.05 save on my game... i dont have 1.05....

my guess is the 1.05 saves cannot be modded

ok i ONLY changed the psn id thing this time... rather than both parts like before...

i also included another file for u to test...

test 1 like last time from the BCES00569-GAME folder

test 2 if that dont work take the file from inside OTHER FILES folder and replace it inside the BCES00569-GAME folder then try that....

It says for both that the data you are trying to copy is another user's save data

should it matter that the modded save is larger then the original?

modded = 1376kb original = 1328kb

so the next step would be, if you have time to try the same with these to saves.

both are my accounts:

- source is one of the two i send before
- destination is an new save from a secondary account

1.05 save worked??? not gonna have time today mate... well might do but not till later got long list of saves to do... and still trying to redo my own lol

also it would seem that you CANT backup the save if the game is mounted!

spent last hour trying get the fuka off my ps3... turns out if game is mounted then you cant access it haha

got it now but its HSA which means hidden system file... need to take all that shit off... change values... re apply HSA... this may also be the problem with 1.05 saves...

so those of you with 1.05 and a modded save i sent you please try applying HSA back to the files AND folder then try the save... this needs be done in cmd with +h +s +a

let me know if it works
