Double Agent , disk may be damaged or scratched!?

Hey all

Splinter cell double agent works with all the managers, gaia,multiman,open man, rogerio.. it will load to main screen and then throw up a message your disk is damaged or scratch. This is running from internal hd so very strange, there was a patch on megaupload but it got removed, any ideas???

!update : does anyone know the situation with condemed 2 after the direct boot option which was the only way to load the game was removed from all BM's.
