Okay, I FTP'd Dead Rising 2 to my PS3. It had NO problems or disconnects, etc…but when I go to play the game and it asks me to install the game data, it tells me that the install was corrupt and delete to play the game, well, I have deleted 3 times….still stuck….i booted discless and with the disk….I have no clue…what PayLoad should I use? does Backup program matter?
I had the same problem the other day, only problem is id lost the disk, already completed it though so it didnt bother me to much and I left it.
Ive had a different problem with another game, so I switched payload to hermes v4 i think (I have X3 Max, Was using 3.5 spoofing and thought that might be causing problems) and downloaded the latest Backup manager 2.4 and gaia manager.
I didnt get my other game to work, but I tried dead rising and it works fine on both programs.
So to be honest, no idea what this problem originates from, but try changing your payload and updating to latest backup or gaia manager
