d0zspatcher: Auto-decrypt, modify, and pkg (3.55 & 3.41)

this will decrypt your eboot, modify it, and pkg it all with a drag and a click.
features include version spoofer (changes both eboot and param), dev_hdd0 or dev_usb001, and directory changer

i tried making this as simple as possible, here's how it works:

1) Install cygwin w/ default options (if you already have it, skip this step)
2) Copy the game's files and create a folder structure like this (Don't copy USRDIR's contents except EBOOT.BIN):

BLES01031 <---THE ROOT FOLDER MUST BE VALID GAMEID
-PARAM.SFO
-ICON0.PNG & any other files residing in this folder
\USRDIR
--EBOOT.BIN
\TROPDIR

that's just the bare minimum, include any other files you want in the pkg

3) Drag the game folder icon (BLES01031 in the example above) to d0zspatcher.exe's icon

Win7: XP:

that's it. change any settings you want in the GUI and press start.

hi 1st post ever am a noobie ive followed the steps and successfully made my pkg file but where do i install the game to ?dev_hdd0/? am not sure which games or game folder everything goes in i understand how to use ftp and install the pkg file am just gettin confused with the game paths can you help me please

good to hear everything worked,

after installing the pkg, copy everything from your game's /USRDIR/ folder (everything BUT eboot.bin) and place that in /dev_hdd0/game/<GAMEID>/USRDIR

run the game from xmb, note that not many games work with this method

surprised you didn't get an error because the pkg didn't finalize, i just tested the build i uploaded and installed pkg just fine..perhaps try it again or send me the folder you're trying to make and i'll see where it goes wrong

am tryin to do tiger woods 2011 ive got the pkg to install this time and ftp the folders across wen i go to start the game a software message pops up and then my console makes a beep noise and freezes i think its one of them games tht aint gunna work

yea most likely, this only replaces dev_bdvd to dev_hdd0. some games require a folder change, i'll have to add that option

I need help with putting my games into the right dir ive done need for speed and acbh and both games work fine but am stuck with fifa 11 i dont understand the part where it says put all the files expect the eboot into the USRDIR folder ive done this millions of times and its still not working and am not sure if my dev_hdd0 looks right
ive got 2 game/GAMES folders? need for speed and acbh are in both folders is this right? and in the game folder ive got the complete game and in the GAMES folder ive got just the eboot


ive got the pkg file for Fifa 11 but when i ftp the game which folder do I choose can someone upload some pictures showing me how there setup looks please and why does some thread say don't have a eboot in one folder have it in the other when ive got two bloody eboots in each folder am sorry ive only had my ps3 for 7days now and the ps3 is totally different from me flashing and jtagging x box's i have got a bit of computer savvy but this is frustrating me now
