If you are getting that message then you need to look for the second icon located directly below the disc icon. click x on it and wait a few seconds for it to load a menu. You never actually leave the XMB

Fixed the link. Looked like there was a small change to the way the files are hosted and the link needed to be updated. Before you could just direct download. Now it brings up a page with the PSX-Scene repository logo and then downloads.

It's fixed in the main thread, but if you missed it here you go

Thanks for that, i was 800mb through downloading it when they changed it and the download stalled.

MIDNIGHT CLUB LOS ANGELES COMPLETE EDITION PKG ISNT WORKING? AFTER I INSTALL AND TRY TO START THE GAME, IT JUST BRINGS ME BACK TO THE XMB MENU. PLEASE HELP

Do you have the right region game to match the cheat.pkg? Did you install an update on top of it? A little more info on how you went about it would help
