Health never decreases. The problem is that it works for everyone. You need to restrain or drain people. I haven't tried a boss or anything special with this yet.


Electric Attacks & Bullets Damage Modifier

Set it to 0000 and Shock Grenades, Megawatt Hammer, enemy gunfire, and probably other things won't harm anyone either. Set it to 447A and these things become a 1 hit kill. This also modifies the damage for the below 2 codes.


Explosive Attacks Do No Damage To People

Shock Grenades, Megawatt Hammer, and enemy grenades caused no damage. There are probably other explosives I forgot, because I didn't have the chance to check landmines, or other enemies with explosive attacks.

This probably affects more than just bullets, but the only enemies I can find always had guns. This might affect turrets and other things.

i have made a 3.41 discless cheat package for infamous1 with infinite electricity only. i think this is more than enough...

here you go: MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service

instructions:
create the folder "inFAMOUS" on dev_hdd0.
shadowcopy/move usdir from infamous gamefolder to "dev_hdd0/inFAMOUS" and run the game through xmb.
optional, copy/move the icon1.pam, pic1.png and snd3.at3 to: dev_hdd0/game/BXES00220, to have animation and sound in xmb selection.

btw, this is from german pal version but when installed as psn game the game gets ntsc. dunno why. gamedata is installed as bcusXXXXX and game is english. if someone could help me to make it german i would be pleased!
this way i can run both versions, ntsc english as psn game and pal german mounted with backup manager.

sorry to hear this, cause the pkgs work fine for me.

your best bet and easiest way would be the PS3CheatEnabler and do manual seek/patch. with this tool you can also make the pkg. i think this code database can also be updated...
