Challenge Lobby HELP

ok so i have Kneaw CFW 3.55
and mulitman
and the congeremines (sorry bout spelling) awesome file manager
as well as black box FTP

now my problem i want a CL for fun and game modes but nothing works i've tried ELITEMOSSY V.8 and the DERECKTROTTER patch aswell but replacing the patch.ff file in the MW2 USERDIR directory doesnt work nothing changes online

any help is appreciated
