Is there anywhere to get the Japanese update that makes the game easier as a .pkg or something from somewhere?

I think it's easy to find this update, but the problem is that probably some data is changed in a way that the patch doesn't work anymore.
Perhaps they will need to rewrite the patch, when making it for the patched version of the game.

just put the setting on easy, why u want a pkg??

I'm not really a puzzle game guy and I typically play all my games (RPGs) on Hard. From what I've read early on, a lot of complaints stemmed from the difficulty. I don't know, I just find that if Japanese players are complaining about the difficulty on 'Normal', then I know I might have a world of trouble.

I know it sounds silly, but I just can't come to grips with putting a game on Easy. I want to play the game how it's meant to be played ('Normal'). And wouldn't updates to games for cfw be in .pkg's?

just a thought though if you use jap as a base youd get the jap trophies and if u used the eng base youd get the english trophies

About yesterday . Rapuzel minigame works(had to use japanese data, and copy the modded english files). This way the buttons X and O match too(except in the tuturial).
why Japaneses use O to confirm and X to cancel? XD

If you think this game is difficult try to play "ninja gaiden Sigma"(however they are two different games) XD I think that one is harder than this one even if you change the difficult, my first level in that game was like "man... I thinkI'm in the last boss".

And about catherine, since is a small game I don't mind if its difficult, that way It could keep me entertained more time

If you want to enjoy the story only you can always try the easy mode.

how long does it will take it to make a new cpk???? can you guys upload a cpk for betatesting??? well we know there´s a page to report bugs.. but where is the file to use it an them report bugs???
