Can I remove a games trophies easily?

I am the type that hates having a game with zero percent trophies. But on occasion I have had people accidentally put games in the system when on my account and I end up with a trophy listing for it even though I don't play the game.

I have accepted that any one already synced to Sony's servers are around for good but if it happens again what do I have to delete to get rid of them pre-sync?

Is it just a folder somewhere or does some database exist that would have to be modified?
