What do you mean it won't let you open it? What is the extension on the file(I can't remember). What is the error message you are getting. I can't help unless I have some details.

Also, what OS is on your computer?

i click on it to open it and it go's to adobe reader and come up saying could not open black ops 2 modding tool .rar because it is not a supported file type or because the file hase been damaged

You need winrar. I'm assuming you are on windows.

This is basic computer knowledge type stuff. I don't mind helping, but is so don't want to hold your hand when it comes to very basic things. With the .rar thing it's as simple as googling "how to open RAR files".

Let me know How winrar works out.

that worked out deadly thanks ..... i got it all done down to how to get it on my ps3 sorry for the hard time but im not that up to date on doing these things
