Bioshock 2 editor

Hello does anyone know of a way to edit Bioshock 2 like the 360 ConfigINI Editor?

\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\singleplayer\configini.ibf

When I install this game, it crashes as soon as i load it. Bad install? or Origional Jailbreak issue?
