I'm planning on doing a Full monster backup from my 60gb HD to my 500gb HD, you think that just ftping to my PC all files on the hard drive to another is possible?

What I would do is do a full backup so you make sure you get everything but your trophies. Then ftp to the ps3 and browse to dev_hdd0/home/trophy (I think i'm at work). Take that WHOLE folder and copy it to your desktop. Then swap out your hdd (no going back after that point) and load up 3.41 firmware and everything. Use backup utility to get all your other stuff back onto your new drive. Now what I would do is proceed to load up every game you have that has trophies so it creates "new" trophy data. After that process is complete FTP to your ps3 and backup that whole trophy folder to your desktop at a separate location for safe keeping. Now I would proceed to copy over those .dat files in the top level /trophy/ dir and then go into each game folder and copy just the PARAM.PFD and all .dat files to each folder. Hopefully then it will load all your trophies again. Also, do NOT touch the .SFO at least at first, I think that might be critical. Hope that works.

anyone got god of war 3 to work that way, I still get the "not your own" error message.

I was able to UNlock it and cope it over but when the game starts it keeps saying "saved games corrupted" and ask me if i want to delete them..

Pls help since this is THE HARDEST GAME EVER!!!!!! and there is no way im going to restart..

does this program allow u play dloaded save of the internet only or can u save over someone elses save i dloaded ff13 like above user in past on unjb ps3 it wouldnt let me save over it

demon souls wont work for me either i edited the sfo copied the savedata folder over and it corrupted i put my account if in the sfo editor and set it to 0 dont work what am i doing wrong
