Ripping PS3 Game audio:
This is nothing new replace the audio files with dummy files for example make a new notepad and rename the file and extension to that of the file that you are replacing.
1) Locate the audio files. I'm ripping my game Just Cause 2 so for me its located in the folders "PS3_GAME/USRDIR/sound/fmod/"
2) Create a lot of text files and rename them to the files that you are replacing for example:
Code:
rename New Text Document.txt to Cutscenes_Common.fsb
do this for all the audio files that you want to replace.
I tried this and lol the intro was funny there was shooting but no sounds and etc.

The problem is, what if there are 100+ files of audio? Do i need to manually rename the .txt ones one by one? That kills me =[

This isn't ripping at all, just replacing as you indicated. FSB seems to be a pretty common type for sounds in games, this guide posted for other consoles/programs should suffice.

1) Download EkszBox-ABX v1.6 here (see link below)
2) Download Music Player EX here (see link below)
3) Unpack EkszBox-ABX v1.6 and then run the program.
4) Open the file (from within the EkszBox program) the desired file.fsb
5) Extract the files. (the files you extracted will be in a folder named "file" in that directory)
6) Unpack the Music Player EX and run the program
7) Open your extracted files (Drag and drop the files into the program.
8) Highlight all of the files and right click and select convert.

(1 day rule can't post links yet..)
Only going on a hunch here but I'm pretty positive that the above should work unless the ripped fsb files are still encrypted.
