[Request] DC Universe Online Modz ?

Can someone please mod Dc universe online to have the ability for infinite health, infinite mana, infinite durability, and the ability to create custom armor with custom styles.

This may be hard or risk getting banned but I would like to see a way to mod "green" armor that is trade able with the stats in each piece of armor maxed out at 9999.
In doing this players will be able to trade modded gear and having the ability to build characters way farther then someone who has wasted countless hours playing legit.

DC Universe is charging people $10 for 350 replay badges to replay certain alerts/raids and each alert/raid costs from 12-82 replay badges.
It is about time this game receives some sort of hacks that can benefit more players then just the guy with the mods.

If someone does successfully accomplish this with what I am looking for I will be extremely grateful and will donate to you personally.
