May not be exactly what you want but there are PC mods including cheats or god-like items that work with the PS3 version you can see them in the other Dragon Age 2 mod thread and also general cheats can be easily done like levelling up or duplicating items. Youtube videos of them and pretty much every cheat site will show you these.

Search level-up cheat then for the easiest solution you basically complete a question then draw out your weapon, as your character is putting it away start spamming x to confirm the quest with the NPC. Do this until your level 50 or whatever pleases you. Be warned, enemies level with you in this game so unless you put it on easy you may seriously struggle before you find armor and equipment good enough to protect you.

I'm not sure if there is a manually modify just attributes and not abilities or level but the above option is very easy to perform, youtube will show you clearly. In the other Dragon-Age 2 thread you can download some mods that will start you at level 50 and give you powerful armor at the very beginning. Ar-Kane's first post has all the details.
