Microsoft .Net Framework V4.0 : Download details: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer)
#2. Microsoft VC++ 2010 (x86) : Download details: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)

#3. Then download and run this http://www.p3free.com/download/P3FREE_Updater_V1.0.rar
