Well maybe my english isn't pro, but what I understood from that message is that all the goods including free samples will be sent in delay, so there's no way that someone will get them sooner. If there is, and they are not shipped yet, I can volunteer to wait, I don't need them as fast as possible.

with this news, if anyone is approaching their 45 day limit where you cannot file a paypal dispute after, i would recommend filing asap so you don't lose out on your money just in case there are more "delays"...

Better safe than sorry and as my original "F" version has now ceased to work (Just freezes PS3 on startup), with no way of reflashing at the mo, i'm a little pissed:

I have sent Patrick my order number a week or so ago. I have not received any reply from him or any confirmation that he is going to ship the new p3free to me.
And now there are "delays". I don't know about this. I think we are all going to get screwed. I hope that is not the case. I am running out of time to file a claim with pay pal. Patrick can you please answer your pm's. Thanks

sorry for the bad news, if any user can't wait the free P3FREE + PROGRAMMER and want paypal refund, yes we can't stop you, it's your choice.

BTW,i don't like to answer the PM , i prefer to answer in the open channel, it make everything more clear and open.
