Programmer Available?

Ordered from Lightake and they sent me an F, although they listed F1 on their web site. Not going to bother sending it back, since they won't cover enough of the postage to make it worthwhile.

When asked if they could send me the programmer, they claim not to have any. Although I thought I read that programmers were sent to all the distributors to include with the F.

So, is there anyway for me to get a programmer?
