P3free V2.0++ F doesnt work

I need help

i have a p3Free V2.0++ F2 but it doesnt work....i downgrade my Ps3 on 3.41 but when im on the area of it i dont have "Install packages Files". I try to burn a new software on it whith the Pic programmer but the computer doesnt find the programmer...so i need help...

Someone can help me to install a new freemware on my Mp3free directly with usb port.....please im waiting for you help

How did you downgrade your ps3?
