Rip off or Crap, you name it !!!
Wow. So glad I wasted my money on this POS.
I'll be going directly to a paypal dispute. Textbook bait advertising.
I too paid for this
So what good will it do me to file a paypal disbute?
Will they get me my money back? And how do I do it?
I believe I submited a dispute through paypal... Resolution Center? Anywho, hope they can handle it
No offense but I honestly could care less about ps3break comparison. It doesn't make what patrick and the p3free seem noble or whatever for admitting they screwed people. If they really had guts, they would reimburse people their money or replace the original product with the one advertised.
paypal case opened. i'll post the updates
Glad I used paypal...
Will be canceling my order and putting in a refund request with PayPal.
I only ordered this, as I trusted PSX-Scene.com
Well I guess I'll go first.
I ended up coming to home to find a DHL package containing the ps3ree sitting on my kitchen table. I got to admit, I am very surprised it's here despite the fact that your tracking #'s don't work and that it got through customs.
Cmon man, be a little bit more considerate of your customers.
I'll be testing/trying this out later tonight and giving my thoughts. Patrick, I hope your product at least does what it says it'll do. Not being able to upgrade via usb is something you should have at least specified the first time. It's not going to kill me because I ended up getting a USB dev kit earlier this week though.
I'll keep you guys updated.
I understand Patrick is trying to inform customers there was a mistake made, but i cant agree on the solution requiring them to purchase a Programmer and/or destroy by soldering, for P3Free's mistake. Why make the customer responsible to fix it?
I think (my personal thoughts) that P3Free should send each one of their customers who got an un-upgradable device a new one once the updated version is out. That would satisfy their customers, restore any reputation they are building and show that they are not just 'in it for the money'.
But thats just my 2 cents and i've already decided im not going with any cloned devices, instead i'll make my own with a MCU board i can get at a local shop.
