The tracking number I was provided with still isn't working, although I'm guessing I'm entering it on the wrong site.

No My tracking number doesn't work either, i have written them though and asked if the can track it for me, or give me an new tracing number

I had the same problem with the tracking number, but I got it yesterday (shipped on the 15), so I wouldn't worry about it getting there.

And FYI I ordered 2 dongles, and both work - the only problem is the upgrade issue

Now you may ask, how did I do that!

Well, I been dealing with china a long time. (hey, even got my wife from there!)

Now most places using DHL always give you a REFERENCE NUMBER, not the real tracking number!

Go to the DHL USA website, and look for the box "Track by Reference", and input that number you posted, and bang it will show up, and then at the top you get the REAL WAYBILL number (the one you can call DHL with!) - Which in your case is #2116871901 and then you can click on EMAIL updates, and it will keep you in loop!

Please note, I find the DHL USA website better, as other DHL websites like the Canada (don't even update the tracking until it lands in Canada!), and the DHL HK website and most Eurpore one hide the "Track by Reference"!

Didnt work for me
copied & pasted, typed. No luck..
Last contact I had from ic2005 was on the 13th at 7:50PM to say it had been completed.
Hopefully its made it out of HK, as long as it gets out I dont care how far away
