I am pretty mad and tired of messing with this. my old 60 worked fine. new slim on rebug has been pissing me off all day. been trying to transfer la noir 15gb file to internal. it completes in about a half hour. but when i ftp the internal ps3 it only shows a 2.7gb file. i tried several games all day. and everyone is not the true size when its complete. . they all get cut off. i am wired though a ethernet cable and using filezilla with multimans ftp.
then i gave up and got blackbox. i was able to transfer that big file with no problems. so i went to get more games sent to my internal. then i got that stupid blackbox error when it gets stuck transferring and it wont go. another thread for that i guess.

Perhaps your home network is getting too congested? Why not leave it overnight when everyone is asleep and nobody using the internet, this way your PS3 and PC connected via FTP can better communicate. I don't know if Filezilla does this, but with FlashFXP, it has a resume feature, so when the connection gets dropped, it will try to connect and continue the transfer.
I've never had success using MM's FTP, I only use BlackBox (3.55 CFW version) and FlashFXP.
