USB Bit Whacker - 18F255 questions

I have a few questions about this board:

I've been told it works with psgroove and that this one its a PIC.
are PICs good? are they updateable?
would this allow me to load the psgroove properly and use it as if it was any another working board?

It should work fine for you too, even though your's isn't a 360 device like mine. However it's still PIC based, so I'm sure it'll work the same.

Alright thanks mate, I have another question though...
the first step "1) Download compiled code for pics 18F modified for USB SPI here." that .hex i download is the one that will get my device to work as a psgroove?
