    Guys for future releases of obi can I just delete the old version or will the new one overwrite the old? I just don't want to lose my games like the original bm

    before updating the v1 bm just install a filemanager or the ftp-server.

    Go to the dir where your games are backed up and move them to another dir or get them on your pc.. Install the ne BM and put the games back..

    easy...

    I thought only the original backup manager deleted the games folder as part of it's uninstall process, but I'm not totally sure. You can use the file manager or ftp to change the name of the games folder, then upgrade it, then change the name of the folder back to what it was

    So changing it from GAMEZ to GAMES and not moving it will be safe? or does the folder actually need to moved out of the laun1234 folder?
