I have the latest Rogero CFW spoofed to 4.21.
I wanted to know if it is possible to go from this firmware to Rebug 3.55?
I thought about using recovery menu, but I didn't know if it was safe to do this.
Is this even possible or would I have to get a flasher and downgrade it?
    Thanks!

Generally speaking it should be possible to uninstall the spoofer and then install your new firware. Some people have had issues with doing so, but nothing so far that couldn't be fixed by simply going into the recovery menu and re-installing firmware from there. That being said, there shouldn't be any major issues with installing a new firmware through the recovery menu...sounds like you're thinking of factory service mode, which is not the same thing(and yes you want to stay away from that)...so that should be fine. Worst case scenario you might have to reformat the hard drive or something, but generally speaking that doesn't tend to happen often. Hope that helps ya.

I know the difference between Factory Service Mode and Recovery Mode lol
The firmware I have had a built-in spoof, meaning I installed it and it said 4.21 under system info.
I didn't need to do anything to spoof the firmware, that's why I was asking before I tried anything.

Well, I was trying to make sure we were on the same page, not insult your intelligence, but whatever I guess...
Sorry to hear your ps3 is borked...you seem to have run into those problems I mentioned to you, which sucks.
So, let's start with this: how exactly is your ps3 malfunctioning? Is it the red screen? Do you get any kind of beep code? Can you still get to recovery mode or anything?
Try to be specific and it's possible it can be sorted. Most of the problems I've heard of involving the spoofers are not perma-brick problems, so there's still hope.

seems you needed a FW that has the "no check" patch as your PS3 must have been downgraded from 3.56+ FW

so my advice would be to get it back to the person that downgraded it in the first place to unbrick it and rehash it to prevent this from happening again

When I try to turn it on, it beeps like normal and then all the lights go off, without anything on the screen.

Also, sorry for being so rude to you guys, I was just really frustrated because I have had it for about 2 weeks when it bricked

No worries dude, I'm sure we all know that feeling(I know I do). So let's start with a couple things...read the comment by bitsbubba above and see if it applies to your situation. If so, that's probably your answer. Even if it wasn't flashed for you before, you may need someone with a flasher to fix it for you.
Another, less likely thing to try would be to unplug the ps3 for a minute then plug it back in and try to go straight into recovery mode. If, by chance, it will do that, then you would want to install official firmware 3.55 then after that finishes you could install keamw 3.55 cfw. It doesn't sound like this would be as likely but it's easy to do and it never hurts to try.
So, those at least give you a couple places to start. Hope that helps.

I got it downgraded from 4.21OFW to 3.55Rogero CFW with a E3 Flasher by a guy in another state.
I ordered his service from Ebay.
