true or fake 4.21 cfw

i received a text message from a friend of mines saying he saw people claiming to have a 4.21 cfw from some person called glitchyjoe or joey or something like that. i been out of the ps3 scene for awhile since my ps3 died and my new one came with a firmware higher then 3.55. so i need confirmation that this is a fake so i can save my friends ps3. he is waiting for my answer before he install this firmware he downloaded. from a youtube link.

i haven't used this account in a long time. since i don't have a ps2 or ps3 that is jailbroken.

a fake would of been fine i dont have a ps3 or ps2 to try anything related to homebrew that is why my stats are low. and my ps3 3.55 kmeaw were short lived because my ps3 died. i know im going to receive a lot of smart ass comments but its not for me. so im going to take a photo of this just to prove to my friend from a valid site not those fakes he goes to that this is indeed fake and if he doesnt want to spend $300.00 on another console not to install what he downloaded
