Looks like Mr. Wilson has released a new update. We'll have to wait for a recompiled version with br backup access to see how it works.

Yes, has anyone compiled a hermes v1.0 payload for the new version of Wilsons jailbreak(0.05.0001).

From: hxxp://brandonw.net/ps3jb/ (Sorry for the "hxxp://", new member.)

"External payloads are now supported. This means you don't have to re-assemble the application to use a payload different from the official PSGroove one.
These payloads are stored as calculator AppVars and selected through PS3JB's options menu: ..."

This seems as a fairly easy task but then my programing knowledge is almost nonexistent so what do i know . I beg you for help on this one.

Ok, so openmanager has more features BUT does that mean I'd have to move all my games from the internal hdd I already have to another directory. I thought ftp manager can not move files so I'd have to re-upload them?

also, does openmanager require a different ti84 file than the one when this whole topic first started? I have one that I got around september 9th.

Hermes V2 payload for new jailbreak (0.05.0001).

    hxxp://www.mediafire.com/?wc8j8oo4aen88up~

Just drag and drop inside your TI-84
select in the PSJB options menu as Payload 1.

    enjoy

    hey guys,

I made a collection of what I've managed to hack together

    Default payload with BM support
    Hermes v1
    Hermes v2

    hxxp://rapidshare.com/files/423175350/PS3JBwithPayloads.zip

Just copy all three files to the calc and use the options
menu to select payload (Default, HERMESv1, HERMESv2)

The Program file is JB005 in the calcs' app menu.

Very nice, but I hear Hermes V2 is bad.

ALso, to my previous question, can my game files be moved or must they be re-ripped or re-transferred? Since openmanager uses a different directory.
    Cause that's a huge pain.

I'm starting to think don't mess with what works.

just use FTP to move the games in the GAMEZ directory to another temp
directory on the ps3, then remove BM

Otherwise just leave it alone and when you install OpenBM it will ask you to use the BM directory.

If you uninstall BM it will delete that directory so move the games first if you're gonna delete BM

ok great. I guess it's ok to leave BM and install open manager. SO they can coexist. right? If so then that's what I'll do. Thanks.

Try Rogero Manager (Anyone try Azergaz's backup manager that boots games right from the app?), very helpful in ur case..
