Are these parts suitable for PSGrooPIC?

Hey everyone! Long time reader, first time poster, as for the most part I can follow instructions without having to ask questions. :)

On this rare occasion however, I do have a couple of questions for the experts here. I'm trying to put an order together for parts to build myself a PSGrooPIC using the schematic and parts list from PSGroopic's Blogspot account. Now leaving out the 18F2550, LEDs, USB, and protoboard, this is what I have come up with, and I'm hoping someone would be so kind as to take a look and tell me if the following parts would be suitable for the build:

My final question is can I easily add a (tactile?) switch for a bootloader to this build? Thanks in advance for your time and assistance.
