Some games wont start. Need help.

Im a new guy in ps3 things.

I have Teensy++ 2.0 with hermes v4b, open manager newest version and gaia manager. (ps3 fat 80gb)

I have a problem with some games.

Dirt 2 doesnt launch from extrnal drive, but when i copy it from ext to int, it launch normally.

Then i have assassins creed 2, it doesnt launch ext or int, just come back in xmb.

Split second vlocity just freezes in blackscreen.

What could help with thos problems?

Little big planet and mx vs. atv runs normally both, int and ext drive.

AND i know i have a pretty good english skills

Does that mean in the Assassins creed that, the disk in bd drive MUST be removed before play?
