SanDisk Sansa View Downgrade?

According to a recent post on ps3hax.net a new port to rockbox for sansa mp3 players has been made to downgrade 3.50

Could anybody please tell me if this can be compiled for use on the 'Sansa View'

This won't work like it is right now, almost all work is done, just we need someone to compile it and then we can downgrade with Rockbox.
