resident evil gold edition freezup

hi , im freeze up at the beginning of mission 1 in resident evil. its right at the start after the cutscene with at the butcher house where im supposed to pick up the handgun. anyone know of this? fix?

re-rip the game or download the fix if you downloaded it, theres a torrent of the game with files missing and it freezes at the butcher shop. I ripped mine from the disc so i havent had any freezeups.

It's because the game you have downloaded has missing .arc files.
