I have IPOD Nano 1g, my question is when ever i turn it on my IPOD has blur back ground image of the rockbox, but it still can play on the ps3 this is happend when i using hermes v4. but if i using hermes v3 the backgorund has become normal.

Quick question:

Anyone know why I have to reset my iPod Mini 1G every time I want to boot the PS3? On top of this, I also seem to have to unplug the PS3 power cable and plug it back in again! It's as if the hacked payload only works once before the iPod needs a hard reset (up and centre button held down together)?

If I do not reset the iPod before turning on my PS3 every time, I get the unknown device detected error! Is this normal for the iPod Nano 1G?

Yes all of that is normal. Nothing you've described in your post is something we don't go through in normal everyday use for the exploit and IPod use.

What are the chances of these "issues" being resolved? Ok, unplugging the mains seems to be required for slims, but having to reset the rockbox is surely down to coding? any chances that'll be fixed or will we forever need to reset the ipod before booting?

Looks like Shuffle2's rockbox repo has been updated for native support of AsBestOS.

Just got back home...

While I was at the school, I found a really annoying issue with the sansa's installation.
But I already thought about a solution that might work really well.

Still have a lot to do (including coding), but I think it would take me no more than a few days..

Finished coding!

Now I need to build the file stracture with 5 payloads for each device.. (its not hard, its just annoying..)

I start searching beta testers for those devices:
